Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below. We aim to maintain transparency while also safeguarding the integrity of our service and products.


🕒 Return Window

  • All return, replacement, or refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by an unedited unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened and the product inside.

  • Requests beyond 24 hours from delivery will not be entertained, regardless of product condition.

  • In some situations, requests made prior to delivery may be reviewed at our discretion.


When Are Returns/Refunds Accepted?

We will consider return or replacement only if:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect and is unused.

  • The original packaging is intact, clean, and undamaged.

  • The customer provides:

    • A clear unboxing video

    • Image of the shipping label

    • Photographs of the product (especially if damaged or defective)

    • Valid proof of purchase or invoice


What Items Are Not Returnable or Refundable?

We do not accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Items that are explicitly marked as non-refundable on the product page.

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized.

  • Perishable, consumable, or intimate items, including but not limited to incense sticks, turmeric, puja powders, cosmetics, or undergarments.

  • Items weighing over 1 kg (actual or volumetric) due to shipping constraints.

  • Items received without packaging, or appearing used, soiled, or damaged post-delivery.

  • Products purchased during special offers, religious festival discounts, or limited-time promotions are considered final sale and are not eligible for return/refund.


🚚 Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • The item must be securely packed for return. If the returned item is damaged during transit, refunds will not be processed.


💳 Refund Process & Timeline

  • Upon receiving and verifying your returned item, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection of your request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via:

    • Original payment method for prepaid orders within 7–21 business days.

    • Store credit or direct bank transfer for COD orders, based on eligibility.

  • The entire refund process (from receipt of return to final payment) will be completed within 21 business days.
